Mode has had the pleasure of working closely with Graham Construction for over 16 years as their company has expanded and grown with great success. From 2008 to the current day a lot has been changing in corporate culture, workplace, and business as usual. This specific project required a fast-track renovation to provide a home for a task-specific team needed within 6 months. Having a contractor already in place (themselves) Graham and Mode were able to streamline the back end of the process and allocate needed efforts to the front program and aesthetic to be met. A furniture vendor was selected early on to ease the timeframe and ensure that no delays were present in the delivery of the new workplace standards that were created. The current office migrated from 100% private offices along the exterior walls to interior offices with smaller footprints and flexible open work stations and collaboration along the glazing. Daylight and right to light along with culture branding and engagement were key aspects to the success of the fast-track project. Having worked closely with Graham Construction for over 16 years Mode was involved in the design of Graham's current corporate office space in 2008. We worked closely with the Graham team to develop a fast-track renovation to accommodate a projects specific team for Graham. We evaluated their current workstation requirements and worked closely with the furniture vendor to incorporate the new work place standards into the new design. The office migrated from 100% private offices on the exterior, mostly large 15x15, 12x15 to smaller 10x10 interior offices and smaller 6x6 workstations along the perimeter. This design standard is to be rolled out to other Graham offices nationally.
