ICM Realty Group is a commercial landlord in a very competitive market for office workspace offerings. There was a desire to diversify their office portfolio offerings to attract new tenants. We created a shared office community consisting of open and closed offices which can be rented by start-up and small business who require a desire to be downtown without the burn of long term lease commitments. The shared office consisted of a full floor with exposed ceiling structure, modern coffee and collaborative lounge area.
