Oxford, as a leader in property ownership wanted to deliver to their tenant's prime flexible space that would allow their tenants to play and work within the building. The HUB Lounge was created to foster connections among tenants and offer heads-down library space to tenants and users. Today the space is a great success. Future tenants see the HUB Lounge as an asset and favor the building as a prime office location. The aesthetic for the space includes an open concept ceiling, demountable partitions, reclaimed wood veneer feature walls, full slab wall tiles. The HUB lounges area includes a games area, casual meeting booths, a lounge, and a library space.
