TC Energy’s Head Office in Calgary was in need of a space to facilitate larger meetings and open collaboration for their expanding employee base. Investigation with the facility team suggested that a full floor was suitable at 25, 000 square feet to create a destination for end users to hold meetings, collaborate, engage in teamwork and hold more private communication. The 35th Floor in the TC Tower now provides several meeting rooms with a large flexible room for 100+ people. The floor offers services in a café-bistro lounge area with functional seating and hotel stations should break out space or touch-down areas be needed for visitors. The floor has been utilized for 3 years and receives regular accolades from the various team users. Creation of a full floor 25,000 sq/ft conference center to address TC Energy meeting room requirements for larger meetings but also promote collaboration, communication, innovation, and teamwork. Requirements include for a large meeting room for 100+ people, café bistro lounge spaces, and hotel stations.
